A central technical blueprint and rigorous architecture governance model were established, spanning frontend, middleware, and backend layers. All design decisions were governed through a formal decision-record process, reviewed and approved by a central architecture authority before implementation.

Global Digital Product Marketplace in a Regulated Financial Environment

Context

A global industrial manufacturer producing highly configurable products required a modern digital platform to support complex product configuration, pricing, and visualization within a strategic enterprise CRM environment.

Challenge

Existing product logic was encoded in a proprietary legacy language supporting hundreds of interdependent rules and advanced pricing mechanisms. Standard CPQ solutions could not accommodate the required level of configurability, performance, or production-grade logic, while direct replacement posed unacceptable business risk.

What Was Engineered

A domain-specific execution engine capable of parsing, validating, and executing legacy configuration and pricing rules within a modern enterprise platform. The solution included a custom lexical analyzer and parser, performance-optimized rule evaluation, and automated validation mechanisms to ensure correctness and consistency of outputs as rules evolved. In parallel, a visualization layer generated calibrated, layered product representations to support accurate user understanding during configuration.

Traditional advisory approaches struggled to keep pace with the speed and breadth of AI innovation, leading to inconsistent insights, variable quality of outputs, and heavy reliance on individual expertise. The organization needed a system capable of producing high-quality, industry-specific advisory artifacts while maintaining rigor, correctness, and alignment with established methodologies.

What Was Engineered

An AI-native advisory system built on advanced agentic pipelines, orchestrating multiple specialized agents responsible for research, analysis, synthesis, and validation.
