Six commitments that apply to every system we build and run for you.
What we commit to
- Hosting. EU-hosted services by default, in your own account where possible.
- Sub-processors. Listed in our privacy notice, updated whenever it changes.
- Model providers. Used only with your approval, EU-region endpoints first.
- Data processing agreement. A DPA is available on request.
- Logs. The record of every action and approval is kept for the period agreed with you, then deleted.
