What does a first engagement cost?
Nothing. We start with a free 3-hour diagnostic session, then send a tailored proposal with the price of the build. You decide from there.
How long until something is live?
A first co-worker from the catalog: four to six weeks after the proposal is signed. A knowledge platform: about ten weeks.
Where does our data go?
It stays in Europe, on infrastructure in your own account or on a European provider you approve. We list every sub-processor on the Data page.
Who owns the system?
You do — the instance, the data, the configuration. Sen & Co keeps the generic building blocks so the next client starts faster.
What if the AI makes a mistake?
Every action is recorded and reviewable. Decisions with real consequences go to a named person before they take effect.
Do you work with companies of our size?
Yes: mid-market firms of about 50 to 500 people across Europe, accountancy and advisory firms, and public bodies. Belgium is home base, not the limit.
Do you work in Dutch?
Yes. Diagnostic, documentation and training in Dutch; the code and the technical work in English.
Which tools do you connect to?
